PURMX Enters into Capital Alliance with FRONTEO, Inc. and Launches PoC for AI-Driven microRNA Drug Discovery

PURMX Therapeutics, Inc.（Headquartered in Hiroshima, Japan; President and CEO: Hidetoshi Tahara）is pleased to announce that we have commenced a proof of concept (PoC) to identify target molecules and elucidate the mechanism of action of our naturally occurring microRNA-based nucleic acid therapeutics by leveraging “Drug Discovery AI Factory” (hereinafter “DDAIF”), an AI-based drug discovery support service provided by FRONTEO, Inc. (Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan; President & CEO: Masahiro Morimoto; hereinafter “FRONTEO”).

In connection with the commencement of this PoC, FRONTEO will make an equity investment in PURMX by subscribing to a third-party allotment of newly issued shares.
